CLASSICAL YOGA or HATHA YOGA:
This is an all-level Classical Yoga course, you will be offered different variations for each posture to best complement your practice. Open to all ages, a great introduction to the world of Yoga & to learn the basics of breathwork & meditation. Certain mobility level is required contact us to inquire more.
